Client Management
- Analyzing client's needs and coming up with recommended solutions.
- Work with Head of Manpower Brand in order to deliver the recommended solutions to clients.
- Engage and implement Client Relationship Management including Customer service delivery models and Customer Satisfaction.
- Market good candidates (KSS) to existing clients
- Client Visits - build relationships and review branch performance.
- Get JOs and conduct interviews.
- Serve clients, identify their needs and provide feedback on success of filling jobs.
- Ensure that clients pay us on time.
- Establishing relationships with all the clients to support high volume opportunities.
- Increase customers' satisfaction.
- Interact with the clients to understand the requirements and find a suitable candidate for same within a given time frame.
- Oversee the process for candidate's placement in order to close searches within the required timeframe.
- Promote company's image and services whilst sourcing for new clients.
- Use all resources to reduce the recruitment timeline as much for the company's outstanding service.
- Promote MP whilst sourcing for new clients.
- Engage and implement Candidate Relationship Management including Candidate retention, utilization and satisfaction.
- Attract candidate.
- Coach candidates through the client interview process.
- Conduct reference checks and background investigations as needed.
- Gain loyalty from candidates.
- Managing recruitment life cycle, including targeted lead generation through cold calls, establishing garnering agreements, searching for candidates, screening and preparing candidates for interviews with client companies, and managing candidates and clients through compensation negotiations.
- Perform searches for Executive positions.
- Avoids legal challenges by understanding current legislation; enforcing regulations with Head of Manpower Brand; recommending new procedures; conducting training.

- Give support to the team as needed.
- Branch communication - encourage respect and open communication.
- Hold weekly meetings; discuss task delegation and review issues.
- Assist in the interview and recruitment/retention of team members.
- Evaluate team members' performance and identify training requirements.
- In conjunction with your Perm Manager set quarterly targets and objectives.
- Motivating the team.
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
- Team Leading: Segregate the work among the team members & get the work done.
- Actively supporting the team for completion of the implementation task.
- Communicate well with participants as team members and individuals.
- Increase department productivity and creativity.
- Ensuring all relevant paperwork is completed accurately and efficiently.
- Collect, track billings, verify invoices and follow up on overdue accounts.
- Maintain accurate and complete records of all clients and candidates.
- Maintain accurate daily and weekly figures, as required.
- Complete all assigned reports.
- At least 7 years of experience in recruitment, executive search or HR general, 5 years at managerial level at multinational enterprises is preferable.
- At least Bachelor Degree in related field
- Professional in Microsoft Office operation
- Intermediate level in English and negotiation skills.
