Business Development
- Identify and develop new clients; maintain existing client relationships.
- Research market trends, competitors, and industry developments to uncover business opportunities.
- Build strong client relationships and understand their recruitment needs.
- Negotiate, sign contracts, and receive job orders.
- Ensure high-quality recruitment service delivery to both clients and candidates.
- Manage candidates, prepare profiles, negotiate offers, and conduct reference checks.
- Share market insights and recruitment trends with clients.
- Utilize assessment tools and apply retention strategies for key candidates.
- Ensure productivity of consultants
- Give support to consultant as needed.
- Branch communication - encourage respect and open communication.
- Hold weekly meetings; discuss task delegation and review issues.
- Assist in the interview and recruitment/retention of team members.
- Evaluate consultants' performance and identify training requirements.
- In conjunction with your managers set quarterly targets and objectives.
- Motivating the team.
- Team Leading: Segregate the work among the team members & get the work done.
- Actively supporting the team for completion of the implementation task.
- Communicate well with participants as team members and individuals.
- Increase department productivity and creativity
- Ensuring all relevant paperwork is completed accurately and efficiently.
- Collect, track billings, verify invoices and follow up on overdue accounts.
- Maintain accurate and complete records of all clients and candidates.
- Maintain accurate daily and weekly figures, as required.
- Other Tasks as Assigned
- At least 5 years of experience in ESS/ Headhunting services.
- Experience in IT is an advantage.
- At least bachelor's degree in related field
- Good at 4 skills of English
- 18 Annual Leave Days MIN (additional 1 day per 2 years of service, max 30 days).
