- Have more than 5 years of experience in recruitment (prefer manufacturing companies)
- Good at English communication
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Good organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Support the development and implementation of recruitment strategies.
- Manage recruitment logistics including job posting, CV screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding coordination.
- Collaborate with hiring departments to understand recruitment needs and arrange interviews.
- Maintain and update candidate records and recruitment status reports.
- Prepare recruitment summaries and reports for internal use.
- Participate in employer branding initiatives such as job fairs, university outreach, and social media updates.
- Assist in analyzing recruitment data and turnover trends.
- Handle administrative tasks related to recruitment and pre-employment procedures
