- Own usability and simplicity: Design “Apple-esque” experiences that transform complex booking flows into clear, elegant, and emotionally engaging interactions across transient, group, meeting, and long-stay journeys.
- Design intelligent, data-driven interfaces: Leverage data, market benchmarks, and customer criteria to build adaptive, context-aware experiences (e.g., guided supplier quotations and dynamic recommendations).
- Build AI-first user journeys: Apply generative and predictive AI design patterns that anticipate user intent, minimize friction, and continuously learn from usage data.
- Drive measurable business impact: Use funnel analytics, conversion metrics, and satisfaction data to improve repeat usage, cross-segment adoption, and time-to-booking.
- Deliver design with integrity and velocity: Operate with a high level of accountability, producing timely, high-quality designs that are ready for production in committed project cycles.
- Balance short- and long-term design horizons:
- H1 (Now): Deliver tangible design output for current initiatives.
- H2 (Next): Validate and prepare future opportunities through research and prototyping.
- H3 (Later): Contribute to long-term design vision, exploration, and innovation.
- Accelerate time-to-revenue: Organize your design process for maximum go-to-market speed, leveraging rapid prototyping, LLM-assisted design tools, and customer/partner co-creation.
- Expand our knowledge base: Develop and maintain a growing repository of LLM-based user personas, ensuring research insights scale across teams and markets.
- Collaborate as part of the Product Trio: Partner with Product and Engineering to validate hypotheses, iterate on solutions, and ensure every release drives both user and business value.
- 6+ years of experience in product design for B2B or B2C digital products, ideally within complex, data-rich ecosystems.
- Mastery of design tools such as Figma, Figma Make, Uizard, Lovable, Builder.io, and Maze AI, using them not only for interface design but also for rapid experimentation and validation.
- Proven experience using AI in UX research - from desk research and note-taking to data synthesis, documentation, and journey mapping.
- Strong background in usability testing and iterative design, combining qualitative insights with behavioral data to address usability risk and validate design hypotheses.
- Highly decisive and self-organized, able to prioritize effectively, manage multiple design horizons, and drive execution speed without compromising quality.
- Analytical and data-literate: Comfortable interpreting funnel metrics, conversion data, and behavioral analytics to inform and justify design decisions.
- Collaborative and influential: Skilled at advocating for user-centered design within cross-functional teams and aligning diverse stakeholders around usability and design integrity.
- Excellent written and spoken English, with strong storytelling and documentation abilities (Amazon 6-pager experience is a strong plus).
- Passionate about AI-assisted design and agile product development, with a growth mindset and curiosity to explore how emerging tools can shape the next generation of user experiences
