We are adding a Senior UX Designer to our product team, to support the growth of our Commercial technology platform.SCOPE OF ROLEAs a Senior Product Designer you will be responsible for enhancing the user experience of our Sellers, Admins or Customers when interacting with GFG products. You will collaborate with product teams and developers to establish the best overall design elements to include in UX design experience.You will conduct interviews supported by the product manager for the discovery and adoption flow to translate customer requirements into designs.GFG follows state-of-the-art in product development, software engineering, design and we challenge and support each other to learn every day. You will have opportunities to work with an international network of professionals throughout the GFG business.HOW YOU’LL SUCCEED

Take of product and elevate the standard and quality of all work achieved by design
Design human-centered solutions for different markets across the globe with engaging interactions to deliver a seamless user experience for our diverse types of users in our 3 markets
Improve the current information process to a more simpler and intuitive user flow by design
Research and analysis industry UX/UI trends and competitor sites for our projects
Loop consistently the team into the designs review for continuous feedback and improvement
Create and independent planning and implementation of user research and customer journey mapping

WHAT IT TAKEs

5+ years of demonstrated experience in creating and implementing UX design
Ability to prioritize and manage several milestones and projects efficiently
Experience creating storyboards, interaction diagrams, sketches as well and clickable prototypes for responsive websites
Be familiar to Figma to consolidate the different files and produce wireframes
Continued education and research into UX trends and current design strategy
Account for challenges using problem solving skills and seek to optimize data for the best possible outcome
E-commerce knowledge is a plus
Excellent writing and verbal English communication skills
