Champion "Apple-esque" Mobile Simplicity: Own the end-to-end mobile experience by transforming dense payment and expense workflows into clear, elegant, and high-trust interactions for travelers on the move.
Lead Iteration-Based Discovery: Partner within the Product Trio to navigate ambiguity and drive continuous discovery, rapidly prototyping and validating solutions to ensure every release simplifies global fiscal complexity.
Architect High-Trust Financial Journeys: Define the logic and flow of sophisticated payment systems, ensuring transparency and precision while minimizing user friction in high-stakes regulatory environments.
Drive Evidence-Based Impact: Leverage quantitative data and A/B testing alongside qualitative insights to validate hypotheses, iterate on interaction models, and drive measurable improvements in mobile adoption and reclaim success rates.

FOR THIS EXCITING MISSION YOU ARE EQUIPPED WITH...

Design Excellence & Complexity: 6+ years of experience leading design for high-scale B2C native products for Android and iOS. You have a proven ability to distill complex data ecosystems into elegant, “Apple-esque" user journeys through rigorous iterative testing.
Data & Decisions: Expertise in leveraging quantitative data and A/B testing alongside qualitative insights to validate hypotheses, iterate on designs, and drive evidence-based product decisions.
Execution & Velocity: Self-organized and decisive, with the ability to manage multiple design horizons simultaneously. You deliver production-ready, high-quality outputs at a high pace without compromising integrity.
Communication & Influence: Strong storyteller with excellent English skills, capable of aligning stakeholders and advocating for the user. Experience with Product Trio model and structured discovery techniques (e.g., PRFAQs, Amazon 6-pagers) is a strong plus.
Familiarity with digital payments, expense management, corporate travel frameworks (VAT, tax, corporate travel policy) is a strong plus.
AI Workflow: Passionate about AI-assisted design and agile product development, with a growth mindset and curiosity to explore how emerging tools can shape the next generation of user experiences
