Major Duties / Key Result AreasWork in the production line, ensuring the speed as well as the quantity and quality of products.Ensure consistent implementation of manufacturing requirements and standards.Explore and propose the ideas to increase productivity and work efficiency without compromising EHS and product quality.Complete the products, perform the tasks such as mixing, packaging and labeling products in accordance with the work instructionsOperate the machines correctly and safely.Report promptly all machinery problems during production to Production SupervisorCollaborate with other employees in the production to achieve KPIsMaintain the working areas clean and safe accordance with 5S and EHS policies (including before, during and after production).Comply with all safety instructions and report the risk of unsafety to management if detected.Follow up all written instructions and proceduresTake training courses on safety and production techniques.Show a positive and professional attitude during work.Willing to work overtime when necessary, including nights and weekends.Other tasks assigned by Production SupervisorRequirements / QualificationsGraduated from high school at leastHaving 5 years of working experience in industrial production is an advantage.Have flexible working hours and be available to work 2 or 3 shifts when required.Ready to work night shifts and weekends, working overtime.Ability to read and understand basic production documents and occupational safety instructions.Good communication skills.Always follow up all safety guidelines.About us:PPG: WE PROTECT AND BEAUTIFY THE WORLD™Through leadership in innovation, sustainability and color, PPG helps customers in industrial, transportation, consumer products, and construction markets and aftermarkets to enhance more surfaces in more ways than does any other company.
