In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring products are produced efficiently, safely, and in accordance with quality standards. It is a hands‑on, detail‑oriented role, committed to maintaining a safe work environment.Main Responsibilities:

Ensure consistent implementation of manufacturing requirements and standards.
Explore and propose the ideas to increase productivity and work efficiency without compromising EHS and product quality.
Complete the products, perform the tasks such as mixing, packaging and labeling products in accordance with the work instructions
Operate the machines correctly and safely.
Report promptly all machinery problems during production to Production Supervisor
Maintain the working areas clean and safe accordance with 5S and EHS policies (including before, during and after production).
Comply with all safety instructions and report the risk of unsafety to management if detected.
Follow up all written instructions and procedures
Show a positive and professional attitude during work.
Willing to work overtime when necessary, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications:

Graduated from high school at least
Having 5 years of working experience in industrial production is an advantage.
Have flexible working hours and be available to work 2 or 3 shifts when required.
Ready to work night shifts and weekends, working overtime.
Ability to read and understand basic production documents and occupational safety instructions.
Consistently follow up all safety guidelines.
