- Manage onboarding, contract issuance, probation confirmation, changes, and offboarding.
- Maintain accurate employee records in HR systems and personnel files.
- Prepare and validate payroll inputs (e.g. salary changes, incentives, allowances).
- Coordinate with payroll vendors and finance to ensure accurate and timely payments.
- Administer employee benefits and respond to related inquiries.
- Ensure data accuracy and compliance in HR systems.
- Prepare HR letters, contracts, and standard templates.
- Support HR reporting and audits when required.
- Apply HR policies consistently and flag compliance risks.
- Support labor law compliance and internal controls.
- Act as first point of contact for HR operational queries.
- Provide clear, timely guidance on HR procedures and processes.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in HR Operations / HR Admin / Shared Services
- Experience working in an international or matrix organization is a must
- Proficiency in Vietnamese and English is a must
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Good understanding of HR operations and labor practices
- Structured, reliable, and service oriented mindset
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally
- Clear communication and stakeholder coordination skills
- Strong self-awareness and social-awareness
