Job Responsibilities
HR Operations (General HR) - Manage end-to-end HR administration (contracts, onboarding, offboarding, labor files). - Coordinate payroll, PIT, SHUI, and insurance matters with external service providers. - Maintain and update employee records in compliance with local regulations. - Handle employee relations, internal communication, and engagement initiatives. - Support performance review processes and annual salary review cycles. - Manage HR documentation, internal regulations, and policies. Legal & Compliance - Ensure full compliance with the Vietnam Labor Law and related regulations. - Review, build, and update labor contracts, internal labor rules (ILR), HR policies, and compliance structures. - Coordinate work permits, visas, and expatriate-related documentation with external service providers. - Liaise with authorities when required (labor department, social insurance, etc.). - Work closely with legal/consulting firms to mitigate employment risks. - Monitor regulatory updates and advise management accordingly. Recruitment & External Coordination - Coordinate with recruitment consulting firms for hiring activities. - Manage interview arrangements and offer processes. - Support manpower planning with management. - Build an employer branding foundation in Vietnam.Job Requirement
Necessary Skill / Experience
・Age: 30 ~ 40 (prefer) ・Gender: Female ・Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or related field. ・Language skills: English - Business Level ・Experience: - Minimum 5-8 years of experience in general HR, with strong exposure to labor law and compliance in FDI companies. - Experience working with consulting firms (payroll, legal, recruitment agencies). ・Others: - Solid understanding of Vietnam Labor Law and insurance regulations. - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferable Skill / Experience
・Experience as the sole HR in a small/mid-sized company is highly preferred.
