This role focuses on customer management, business development, and cross-functional collaboration.🎯What you'll do (missions)Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers to ensure long-term partnerships and sales growthProvide after-sales support and proactively handle customer needs and issuesAct as a bridge between customers and internal teams to deliver tailored technical and commercial solutionsDevelop and execute business plans to achieve sales targets and KPIsIdentify and develop new customers and business opportunitiesPromote new products and expand the product portfolio within existing accountsCoordinate with cross-functional teams to implement business development activities and projectsMonitor and manage customer payments, supporting debt collection when necessaryPrepare and deliver daily, weekly, and monthly reports to management📇 What you bring✅ Bachelor's degree in Veterinary Medicine, Animal Science, or related field
✅ Minimum 3 years of experience in the poultry industry
✅ Strong knowledge of industrial livestock production and market dynamics
✅ Excellent communication, listening, and presentation skills
✅ Strong relationship-building and customer-oriented mindset
✅ Proactive, responsible, and results-driven attitude
