Job Description
- Actively drive cost reduction initiatives - Explore and develop new suppliers locally - Negotiate pricing and terms with vendors - Monitor supplier performance and delivery schedules - Collaborate with internal departments (production, engineering, finance) *This position reports directly to the Manager and is one level below the Manager positionJob Requirement
Necessary Skill / Experience
・Age: 25 ~ 40 years old ・Gender: Female preferred ・Education: Bachelor's Degree ・Language: Not required ・Experience: - Experience or knowledge in purchasing within a manufacturing company - Proactive, agile, and capable of managing and following up on supplier delivery schedules - Careful and detail-oriented in handling documents and records
Preferable Skill / Experience
- Japanese language skills are preferred - Experience in manufacturing or trading companies - Knowledge of lighting components or electrical products is a plus - Work experience in purchasing in a Japanese company - Candidates who can join early will be preferred
