- Develop and execute Vietnam market‑entry and growth strategies for metro, railway, smart city, and transportation‑infrastructure projects.
- Manage the full sales cycle from opportunity identification through solution positioning, bid management, negotiation, and closing.
- Build and manage distributor or channel partnerships where appropriate.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including:
- Metro and railway operators
- Government agencies and state‑owned enterprises
- EPC contractors and technology integrators
- Represent the company in industry meetings, technical discussions, and events.
- Partner with regional teams and technical hubs to empower complex client engagements.
- Work closely with the existing Vietnam Country Head to accelerate business development.
- Potentially manage junior sales staff, sales assistants, or technical facilitate personnel as the team grows.
- Coordinate across multiple regions in a fast‑growing, cross‑border environment.
- Head bid submissions, RFP/RFQ processes, pricing proposals, and commercial negotiations.
- Ensure compliance with local regulatory and public‑procurement requirements.
- Partner with technical teams to verify solution feasibility, system design alignment, and accurate costing.
- Deliver annual sales targets and market KPIs.
- Provide regular market intelligence on market, customer needs, and industry trends.
- Oversee the company's potential business‑development or acquisition activities in Vietnam, when required.
- A candidate fluent in Mandarin and Vietnamese.
- 7+ years of experience in B2B sales, project sales, or business development.
- Proven track record in long‑cycle, high‑value technology or engineering solutions.
- Strong experience dealing with government‑procurement processes and EPC contractors.
- Background in transportation, metro/rail, infrastructure, smart city, or industrial systems is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication, relationship‑building, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to operate in a fast‑growing, regional setup.
