This role supports their growth in Vietnam by expanding SME client acquisition and account development.Role Purpose & Success OutcomesOwn and drive the commercial strategy for SME and mid-market segments in Vietnam, building a scalable sales function while delivering sustainable revenue growth.
  • Defines and executes a clear sales strategy aligned with market opportunities and company objectives
  • Builds, leads, and develops a high-performing sales team, including managers and individual contributors
  • Delivers consistent revenue growth through new client acquisition and account expansion within SME segments
  • Establishes predictable pipeline generation, forecasting discipline, and performance management standards
Key Responsibilities
  • Define and implement sales strategy for SME and mid-market segments, including target industries, customer profiles, and go-to-market approach
  • Build and manage a sales organization, including hiring, coaching, and performance management of sales managers and team members
  • Drive new business development through both personal involvement in key deals and oversight of team pipeline generation
  • Establish sales processes, KPIs, and forecasting discipline to ensure visibility and execution consistency
  • Develop and leverage strategic relationships with key clients, partners, and ecosystem stakeholders
  • Oversee complex deal cycles, providing guidance on positioning, negotiation, and closing strategy
  • Collaborate with presales, delivery, and leadership teams to align solutions with market demand and execution capability
  • Provide market intelligence and feedback to shape service offerings and value proposition
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field
  • Certifications in sales methodologies or technology domains are a plus (nice-to-have)
  • Proficiency in CRM systems for pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting
  • Strong understanding of digital solutions such as ERP, cloud, or process automation (nice-to-have)
  • Deep understanding of SME and mid-market business dynamics in Vietnam
  • Familiarity with digital transformation drivers, buying behavior, and decision-making processes
  • Awareness of the competitive landscape within IT services and solution providers)
Candidate ProfileEducation & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field
  • Certifications in sales methodologies or technology domains are a plus (nice-to-have)
Professional Experience
  • 8–12 years of B2B sales experience in IT solutions, SaaS, or digital services
  • Proven track record of leading sales teams and delivering revenue growth
  • Experience in defining and executing go-to-market strategies, particularly in SME or mid-market segments
  • Demonstrated ability to build a pipeline through both personal networks and structured team execution
  • Experience managing managers or leading multi-layered sales teams is preferred
  • An existing network within Vietnam's business community is a strong advantage
Technical Skills
  • Proficiency in CRM systems for pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting
  • Strong understanding of digital solutions such as ERP, cloud, or process automation (nice-to-have)
Knowledge Domain
  • Deep understanding of SME and mid-market business dynamics in Vietnam
  • Familiarity with digital transformation drivers, buying behavior, and decision-making processes
