• Tốt nghiệp Đại học trở lên chuyên ngành Marketing, Kinh doanh hoặc liên quan. / Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business, or related fields.

• Tối thiểu 10 năm kinh nghiệm trong digital, channel hoặc product marketing; ưu tiên ngành bảo hiểm hoặc tài chính. / Minimum 10 years of experience in digital, channel, or product marketing, preferably in insurance or financial services.

• Có kinh nghiệm quản lý cấp Director. / Proven leadership experience at Director level.

• Kỹ năng phân tích, quản lý dự án và giao tiếp tốt. / Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills.
