- Own and scale the company’s growth engine, managing key metrics such as CAC, LTV, conversion rates, and retention
- Design and execute full-funnel marketing strategies across acquisition, activation, and retention
- Continuously optimize performance through experimentation, cohort analysis, and funnel improvements
- Lead and manage large-scale paid acquisition budgets, ensuring efficient allocation and ROI optimization
- Develop and apply attribution models to measure channel effectiveness
- Closely track and report cost per qualified lead/opportunity and revenue contribution, not just vanity metrics
- Define SEO as a core acquisition channel, building scalable content architecture for a marketplace model
- Differentiate and prioritize between SEO for traffic vs. SEO for qualified leads
- Work closely with Tech and Content teams to drive long-term organic growth
- Leverage data to drive all marketing decisions, using dashboards, analytics tools, and insights from data teams
- Identify growth opportunities and optimize campaigns based on data insights rather than intuition
- Build a strong measurement and reporting framework for marketing performance
- Collaborate closely
- Tech team (especially for SEO and platform growth)
- Sales team (to ensure marketing-sales alignment and lead quality)
- Product teams (multiple products across different teams)
- Act as a bridge to ensure alignment across all growth-related initiatives
- Evolve the brand from awareness-driven storytelling to market authority positioning
- Establish the company as a trusted source of insights on Vietnam’s labor market through continuous, data-driven content
- Drive multi-channel content strategy across reports, insights, and thought leadership formats
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 8–12 years of marketing experience, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role
- Proven experience in marketplace or B2B SaaS environments, ideally managing both sides of the platform
- Experience working in fast-paced, growth-focused organizations
- Strong growth marketing mindset with hands-on execution capability
- Deep understanding of performance marketing, SEO strategy, and content-led growth
- Solid knowledge of unit economics, attribution models, and marketing ROI optimization
- Highly data-driven, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage complexity and influence cross-functional stakeholders
- Strong learning agility, with the ability to quickly acquire new domain knowledge
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and leadership skills
