- You will be responsible to coordinate with other stakeholders (business partners, internal departments - services, logistics, marketing.
- You will be responsible to closely work with customers' departments (lab, purchasing department, BOD, KOLs)
- You will be responsible to prepare business plan, lead penetration strategy and closely follow-up the plan:
- You will be responsible to ensure good supplies and forecast for assigned territories in alignment with Business partners.
- You will be responsible to promote good operation of instruments.
- You will be responsible to closely follow-up reagent consumption (tender, quota) and make sure that consumption meets the target.
- You will be responsible to expand assay menu through assay penetration strategy.
- You will be responsible to maintain and nourish relationships with KOLs in the assigned business segment/territory.
- You will be responsible to being updated of competitors' activities.
- You will be responsible to closely follow-up new opportunities and keep increasing Siemens' probability of winning.
- You will be responsible to keep updated with LIS/IB of the hospital and prepare action plans accordingly.
- You will be responsible to manage funnel of opportunities and keep it updated regularly.
- You will be responsible to actively and play leading roles in exploring new opportunities, especially conversion opportunities.
- You will be responsible to ensure effective, quality, and accurate opportunity pipeline.
- You will be responsible to ensure that market coverage is over xxx% in the assigned territory.
- You will be responsible to ensure that winning rate of Siemens is over xxx% in the assigned territory.
- You will be responsible to coordinate with business partners for each opportunity and handle conflicts if any.
- You will be responsible for generating proposals, preparing sales quotations, planning customer meetings.
- You will be responsible to prepare business plan and lead internal/external resources to implement the plan.
- You will be responsible to update LIS and IB in the assigned territories regularly.
- You will be responsible to ensure that over xx% of LIS and IB in the assigned territory are updated on annual basis.
- You will be responsible to control business partners' performance as well as other teams' performance at customer sites and coordinate with them to make improvement if necessary.
- You will be responsible for all sales activity's coordination of sales activities via dealer network; monitoring and supporting dealers and internal sales staff on sales activities.
- You will be responsible to coordinate with marketing/marcom in marketing activities.
- You will be responsible for overall target to meet business volume in orders, revenue, reagent, commitment, P&L compliance, for assigned accounts or districts.
- You will be responsible to identify and explore cross selling opportunities with other products lines or business areas.
- You will be responsible to ensure accuracy of revenue forecast and delivery of financial targets, orders, and revenue of assigned customers.
- You have minimum 5 year working experience in Sales of Healthcare Diagnostics Laboratory/
- You have Diagnostics Imaging products and solutions experience.
- You understand the diagnostic laboratory market, with sales knowledge of healthcare market in
- respective industry.
