Compensation: Base salary + performance-based commissionRole OverviewWe are looking for an International Account Manager to build and manage partnerships with educational agencies and immigration advisors worldwide.Your mission is to grow our global partner network, support existing partners, and help them place students into high-quality 1:1 online tutoring through the eTalk Live platform.This role combines outbound outreach, relationship management, and partner success.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner Acquisition
- Research and reach out to educational agencies, study-abroad consultants, and immigration advisors globally
- Present eTalk Live tutoring services and partnership opportunities
- Onboard new partners and guide them through the cooperation process
- Maintain strong, long-term relationships with active partners
- Act as the main point of contact for agencies and advisors
- Understand partners’ student profiles and needs
- Help partners find suitable tutors for their students (1:1 classes)
- Coordinate between partners, students, and internal teams
- Ensure smooth communication, setup, and first class experience
- Identify upsell and expansion opportunities
- Collect partner feedback and market insights
- Improve outreach scripts, presentations, and onboarding materials
- Fluent English (spoken & written)
- Fluent Korean / Chinese (spoken & written)
- Additional languages are a strong advantage
- Experience in sales, partnerships, account management, or education services
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable with outreach (email, LinkedIn, calls, WhatsApp, etc.)
- Organized, independent, and results-driven
- Background in international education, study abroad, student recruitment, or immigration consulting
- Existing network of agencies or education consultants
- Experience working with online education platforms or tutoring services
- Remote-first work from anywhere
- Flexible part-time to near full-time schedule (4–8 hours/day)
- Base salary + commission per partner and/or student activation
- Clear growth path into Senior Account Manager / Head of Partnerships
