Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) in e-commerce focuses on driving sustainable growth by promoting ethical business practices, supporting communities, and reducing environmental impact through digital platforms.In this role, you will lead the development and execution of high-impact initiatives at the intersection of social impact, government relations, and business growth. This role will play a critical part in driving strategic collaborations with government stakeholders, industry partners, and ecosystem players to support VN sellers and enable cross-border e-commerce expansion.Responsibilities:
Strategy & Program Leadership
- Lead end-to-end design and execution of CSR and strategic initiatives (e.g., seller enablement, cross-border e-commerce programs)
- Align initiatives with national priorities (e.g., export growth, economic development) and business objectivesGovernment & Stakeholder Engagement
- Build and manage relationships with key government stakeholders (e.g., ministries, departments, VN authorities)
- Drive strategic alignment and co-develop partnership frameworks (e.g., MOUs, joint programs, national-level initiatives)Partnership Development
- Establish and scale partnerships with ecosystem players (media, associations, brands, platforms)
- Leverage partnerships to unlock seller acquisition, supply growth, and market expansion opportunitiesProgram Execution & Operations
- Oversee implementation of initiatives, including workshops, campaigns, and large-scale events
- Ensure strong governance, cross-functional alignment, and delivery excellenceSeller & Market Development
- Support onboarding and enablement of VN sellers, with a focus on SMEs and high-potential categories
- Drive initiatives to scale Vietnamese brands in both domestic and international marketsCommunication & Impact Building
- Shape strategic narratives and communication angles to strengthen brand trust with government and public stakeholders
- Deliver measurable impact and visibility through CSR and partnership programsQualifications:Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree or above
- Have account management/PMO skills, especially in cross-border e-commerce industry, with solid understanding of seller operations.
- Must be hands-on in driving projects end-to-end
- Proficient in EnglishPreferred Qualifications:
- Have knowledge of the rules and regulations governing Charities, IPCs (Institutions of Public Character), and best practices for CSR will be an advantage.
- Have excellent communication and presentation skills and the ability to distill complex information into simple messages and concise communication materials tailored for the audience.
