- Lead and manage brand initiatives including locally developed campaigns, media partnerships, and brand collateral design and production to enhance UOB Vietnam’s brand visibility and awareness.
- Serve as the brand guardian, ensuring consistent application of brand identity across all touchpoints and adherence to corporate guidelines.
- Oversee the execution of Group-led brand campaigns, ensuring local adaptation aligns with market nuances and audience expectations.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and business units to provide brand guidance, review creative assets, and support media planning for marketing campaigns.
- Plan, implement, and manage end-to-end brand campaigns and activities to meet strategic objectives and brand KPIs (awareness, consideration, perception).
- Coordinate with creative and media agencies, production houses, and event partners to ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery of brand programs.
- Develop compelling communications content across a range of formats—from short-form to long-form—tailored for different audiences and channels, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment with the brand’s tone and messaging.
- Support external communications efforts by working closely with PR, media relations, and social media teams to deliver integrated messaging and storytelling.
- Monitor media coverage and compile performance reports to provide insights and recommendations for future communications strategies.
- Assist in the planning and execution of CSR and art-related initiatives such as sponsorships, volunteer programs, and community engagement activities.
- Support the Brand & CSR team in cross-functional projects that promote UOB’s values and social impact.
- Oversee procurement, inventory management, and maintenance of corporate merchandise to ensure brand consistency and quality.
- Bachelor degree, post graduate diploma or professional degree in branding, advertising, marketing, communications or equivalent.
- At least 7-year experience in the field of branding, marketing, advertising and/or communications. Knowledge and experience in banking industry will be an added advantage.
- A strategic thinker possesses strong creative, problem-solving and communication skillsets.
- A keen eye for detail and strong organisational/time management abilities.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills across diverse personalities and backgrounds.
- Experience in the digital, social media and corporate responsibility space, and good knowledge of sustainability will be a plus.
- Excellent Vietnamese writing skills with the ability to bring ideas and narratives to life in a concise and engaging manner.
- Strong proficiency in English (written and spoken).
- Team player with exceptional collaboration skills.
