Leasing Manager

• Own leasing performance targets across the full property portfolio.

• Build and manage relationships with external real estate agents and brokers.

• Lead tenant prospecting, viewing coordination, negotiation, and contract execution.

• Maintain an active pipeline and report on leasing activity, conversion, and forecasts.

• Collaborate with property management on tenant onboarding and handover.

• Monitor market rates, competitive supply, and leasing trends in HCMC.

• Develop leasing strategies and marketing initiatives to drive demand.

• 10+ years of experience in commercial sales or leasing.

• Real estate experience preferred but not mandatory, strong commercial sales professionals from other sectors will be considered.

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue or occupancy targets.

• Established network of agents, brokers, and/or corporate tenants is a strong advantage.

• Commercially sharp, self-motivated, and results-driven.

• Basic English proficiency required
