The Leasing Manager is responsible for driving occupancy and revenue growth for the co-working spaces by identifying potential clients, negotiating leasing agreements, and building strong relationships with corporate tenants, startups, and entrepreneurs. The role also focuses on market expansion, partnership development, and optimizing space utilization.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute leasing strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue targets.Identify and approach potential tenants including startups, SMEs, and corporate clients.Conduct site tours, presentations, and negotiate leasing terms with prospective members.Manage the full leasing cycle from lead generation to contract signing.Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, agents, and corporate partners.Monitor market trends and competitor offerings in the co-working industry.Collaborate with marketing and community teams to support campaigns and member engagement initiatives.Prepare leasing reports, pipeline tracking, and occupancy forecasts for management.Key Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Hospitality, or related fields.Typically 5-8 years of experience in leasing, sales, or business development, preferably in co-working spaces, commercial real estate, serviced offices, or flexible workspace operators.Strong negotiation, communication, and client relationship management skills.Good understanding of office leasing markets and workspace solutions.English communication is usually required for working with international clients.
