- Develop and present media strategies and implementation plans to clients.
- Oversee the day-to-day management of media campaigns, from briefing to post-campaign analysis.
- Ensure projects/campaigns are tracked and measured based on agreed KPIs and media efficiencies.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members on planning, operations, and optimization.
- Work with key media partners for implementation planning and negotiations.
- Keep clients and the wider team updated on new digital trends and changes in the media landscape.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth campaign implementation.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in digital or integrated media planning.
- Strong background with a strategic outlook and solid experience in media planning and buying across all digital/media platforms.
- Hands-on experience with advertising technology platforms (e.g., ad servers, DSPs, Facebook Ads Manager).
- Highly evolved presentation and reporting skills.
- Demonstrated experience in a client-facing role.
- Ability to coach and guide junior team members.
- A passion for data, insights, and ideation.
