1. Troubleshooting & Technical Leadership: · Independently diagnose and resolve complex electrical, circuit, and PLC program faults in production equipment to minimize downtime. · Act as the senior technical resource, providing on-site guidance, training, and scheduling support for technicians and operators. · Perform root cause analysis on equipment malfunctions using data-driven methods and implement preventive measures.2. Equipment Performance & Continuous Improvement: · Execute technical modifications and adjustments to mechanical equipment, optimizing performance and operating conditions. · Develop and implement comprehensive equipment improvement plans to enhance Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), increase productivity, and reduce maintenance costs. · Own the development, execution, and quality inspection of preventive, routine, and major repair plans for mechanical equipment.3. Programming & Systems Development: · Design, write, debug, and maintain PLC programs for workpieces, fixtures, and automated/semi-automated machines in mass production and NPI environments. · Independently design and complete electrical control systems and programming for new fixtures, semi-automatic, and fully automatic machines based on project plans. · Provide programming training and direct debugging support to technical teams.4. Project Execution & Lifecycle Management: · Lead and participate in the evaluation, installation, commissioning, and final acceptance of new equipment. · Manage the renovation, decommissioning, and residual value assessment of obsolete equipment. · Guide technicians through the assembly, debugging, and acceptance phases of new automation projects.Qualifications & Experience:
1. Essential Requirements: · College degree or above in Control Engineering, Automation, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. · 3+ years of hands-on experience in electrical control design for non-standard automation. · Proficiency in writing and debugging PLC programs (e.g., Panasonic, Siemens, Omron, Mitsubishi, Keyence). · Strong data analysis and root cause problem-solving skills for equipment diagnostics · Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CAD software. · Excellent teamwork, communication, and coordination skills with a hands-on, floor-support mindset.
2. Highly Preferred Skills: · Experience with intelligent CCD vision systems, industrial robots (e.g., 4/6-axis), and 3D scanning/testing programs. · Proficiency in SolidWorks for 3D design. · Direct experience in designing, debugging, or maintaining production equipment within the electronics or connector manufacturing industry
