Job Description :ACG_3424_JOBOur client is a technology company that is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.1. Channel ManagementAnalyze industry trends and channel dynamics to identify opportunities.Develop and implement effective channel strategies aligned with business objectives.Provide full support to channel partners across sales, product, and technical aspects.Maintain strong relationships and communication with partners to co-develop marketing and service initiatives.Gather and report market insights, customer needs, and competitor activities.2. Channel DevelopmentExecute sales and marketing plans in line with company strategy.Identify, evaluate, and onboard potential channel partners.Design and implement effective partnership models and collaboration proposals.3. Brand PromotionPlan and execute product marketing activities in target markets.Enhance brand awareness and expand regional market presence.Work closely with the marketing team on campaigns, including product launches and social media activities.Develop and implement channel marketing and promotional programs to drive sales growth.4. Sales ManagementPromote company products and sales strategies to achieve assigned targets.Conduct sales forecasting and lead business negotiations effectively.Drive order generation and ensure timely collection of receivables.Reporting LineReport to: Channel Sales Director (Chinese Manager)RequirementsGender: OpenAge: OpenLanguage: English or Chinese (for internal communication)Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or business development; experience in CCTV industry is preferredProven track record in launching new brands or products successfullyStrong sense of responsibility, proactive and hardworkingHonest, reliable, and highly responsible personalityInterview process: 3 rounds (HR → Department → Headquarters)Start date: To be discussed during the interviewContact: Nga Nguyen, Giau Nguyen, Phuong AnhDue to the immense number of applications, only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
