- Define the GT channel growth drivers and customer/shopper insights to build a comprehensive long-term and short-term GT channel strategy.
- Develop strategic GT plans and initiatives that directly support business KPIs, category ambitions, and revenue growth.
- Provide strategic inputs that shape broader commercial strategies based on consumer, shopper, and customer requirements within the GT landscape.
- Develop clear activation and execution guidance to ensure customer-specific plans align with the overarching GT channel strategy.
- Lead the design of tailored trade promotions, visibility plans, and activation activities that maximize impact and ROI.
- Monitor sales performance, market share, and investment efficiency to optimize trade spending and resource allocation.
- Translate channel growth drivers and shopper insights into brand-specific and business-focused action plans.
- Lead the development and implementation of OMNI-channel initiatives that elevate customer engagement and accelerate GT channel performance.
- Ensure alignment between GT channel plans and brand strategies to deliver holistic, impactful market execution.
- Work closely with Sales, Finance, Marketing, DMS, Business Development, O2O teams, etc… to co-create and execute channel strategies.
- Act as a strategic partner to Sales by providing clear direction, insights, and materials that drive execution excellence at the point of purchase.
- Facilitate strong cross-functional communication to ensure seamless delivery of GT initiatives and business results.
- Continuously track and analyze channel trends, competitive activities, and emerging opportunities to inform strategic adjustments.
- Communicate market developments and implications to stakeholders, providing expert recommendations to strengthen category and brand advantage.
- Lead high-impact GT projects including customer loyalty programs, visibility upgrades, and in-store activation initiatives.
- Ensure all GT projects are delivered with best-in-class execution, measurable outcomes, and alignment to channel growth priorities.
- Bachelor degree of Business Administration or any related field
- Bachelor's degree in business, Economic, Marketing, Trade
- Minimum 5+ year experience with outstanding performance in Trade Marketing/ Shopper Marketing/ Customer Marketing/ Brand Marketing/GT Sales
- Record of success in Trade Marketing and GT Channel, especially in customer-facing roles
- Ability to engage and work with cross functions
- Winning mindset
