ResponsibilitiesYour primary responsibilities will include
- Taking full ownership of all expenditures related to performance media.
- Adopting a strategic business perspective to drive growth for our clients by leveraging performance media.
- Leading and facilitating discussions on performance media with key stakeholders to establish KPIs and objectives.
- Creating data-driven strategies and tactics to attain the established KPIs and objectives.
- Championing excellence in optimization through proactive measures, well-defined processes, and precision.
- Consistently conducting in-depth performance analysis to extract valuable insights, which are then clearly articulated in reports to drive enhancements and foster growth.
- Leading by example through continuous training, mentoring, motivation, and team growth to meet project requirements.
- Staying at the forefront of industry developments by exploring and experimenting with new solutions and platforms.
- A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in the field of performance marketing, with preference given to candidates holding a degree in Business / Marketing / Data / Technology or related area or having background from the Client / Agency side.
- Preference for experience in Lead Generation, E-commerce, D2C solutions across industries.
- A relentless commitment to meeting targets and a willingness to go above and beyond to ensure successful outcomes.
- An innate ability to identify areas for improvement, whether through technology, resource allocation, or automation.
- Proficiency in performance marketing solutions across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, and various performance-preferred marketing channels.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the capacity to lead teams and engage in productive conversations with key stakeholders.
