Chief Accountant

Monthly & Quarterly & Yearly reports to Management Board, Tax Department, and other government offices regarding accounting and finance issues.
In charge of Corporate Reporting.
Cost and expenses control.
Process and finalize COGs monthly reports
Calculate all variances of actual cost versus standard cost and identify the reasons behind them
Ensure the control and management over inventory is in place and in accordance with the company policy.
Assist Financial Controller with cost management and financial analysis, compliance with local and corporate accounting policies, internal controls and tax regulations.
Prepare analysis for Monthly Performance Review meetings
Assist the Financial Controller in implementing financial policies, procedures and ERP systems
Assisting in forecasts and preparation of fiscal budgets and re-forecasts
Based on Corporate Control matrices, set internal controls and execute control testing
Be responsible for producing the Company’s financial statements
Monitor and review Inter-Company Statement
Full reconciliations of all bank accounts and BS accounts.
Full reconciliations of Corporate book and Local book
Support to other departments if needed

Job Requirement :

University graduate in Accounting or Finance
Cautiousness, honesty, influencing, good inter-personal and communication skills
Systematic & strong analytical mind
Good computer skills, especially using Excel
Good command of English
Having experience in Audit/Standard Costing
Having experience in SAP system
Having experience in Chief Accountant role is preferable
