Functional Leadership
Be a finance & accounting leader with four direct subordinates (Cashier & Treasury, AR, AP and GL) and report to Finance Manager of Vietnam & CambodiaAccounting and Finance

Review monthly general ledgers (GL) and prepare journal entries (JEs) for closing
Complete monthly close and financial reports (BS, P&L) with all reconciliations, included group and VAS reports (in compliance with VAS & tax requirements) on monthly/quarterly/yearly for both reports to local authorities and external auditors
Cash flow projection and working capital management and improvements
Warehouse accounting set up and controls (TBA)
Tightly control expenses/claims over budget and highlight to management significant variances and seek for improvement/saving
Review, maintenance and continuous improvement to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data.
Assist Finance Manager & coordinate with finance analyst in preparation of business plans, budgets and forecasts.
Responsible for the negotiation with banks and for providing the best bank conditions for loans, letter of credits, depots and other bank related services.

Audits

Work with external and internal auditors

Taxes

PIT/VAT/CIT/FCWT and other taxes: review, validation on submission and ensure compliance with prevailing laws and submit on time
Work with local tax authorities all taxes matters included tax finalizations
Prepare Transfer Price and relevant reports to submit to local authorities as required by laws
Update tax & finance registrations/circulars and impact once changes

Internal Controls
1. Participate in establishing the accounting policies, procedures and internal controls, including but not limited to 3 process:

Order-To-Cash
Inventory-Warehouse/Logistics Management, and
Purchase-To-Payment

2. To coordinate with other departments and give advice to comply with local regulations & group procedures, policy
3. Maintain and update master data in JDE
4. To preserve and store the accounting documents, confidential documents and accounting data of the Company.Job Requirement :

Bachelor of Finance or Accounting
Chief Accountant Certification
At least 5 years working experiences in foreign finance corporate as Chief Accountant
JDE, SAP, SUN system
Audit experience is plus
Strong local accounting/finance knowledge and tax expertise
Able to communicate in English (speak, reading and writing)
Good management skills
