- Serve as the primary point of contact for an assigned portfolio of existing clients
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships to ensure high client satisfaction and retention
- Conduct regular service reviews, identify client needs, and propose relevant upsell or cross-sell solutions
- Oversee contract renewals, amendments, and SLA (Service Level Agreement) compliance
- Coordinate with internal operations and legal teams to ensure all contract terms are fulfilled
- Monitor contract performance and proactively escalate any risks or issues
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through referrals, networking, and outbound outreach
- Participate in the full bidding process including RFP/RFQ responses, proposal writing, pricing coordination, and solution design in close collaboration with the Operations team
- Represent Thientu BPO in client pitches and presentations in both Vietnamese and English
- Act as the bridge between clients and internal delivery teams across operations, IT, and HR
- Provide accurate forecasting and account health reporting to management
- Collaborate with the marketing team on client case studies, testimonials, and success stories
- Directly manage and guide one Account Executive, overseeing their daily tasks, workload distribution, and professional development
- Set clear performance expectations, provide regular feedback, and support the Account Executive in delivering high-quality client service
- Delegate tasks appropriately and ensure the Account Executive is equipped with the knowledge and tools to perform effectively
- Support ad-hoc projects and initiatives as directed by the Operations Director or Assistant to the Director
- Assist in internal process improvements related to client onboarding, service delivery, and account documentation
- Take on additional responsibilities as the business grows and evolves, demonstrating flexibility and a team-first attitude
- 1–3 years of experience in Account Management, Client Servicing, or Business Development, preferably within BPO, outsourcing, or a related services industry
- Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and meet retention or growth targets
- Prior experience participating in bids, tenders, or formal client presentations is a strong advantage
- Experience supervising or mentoring junior team members is a plus
- Business-level English proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking (contract review, proposal writing, client presentations)
- Native Vietnamese speaker
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-first mindset
- Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented
- Highly organized with attention to detail, particularly for contract and proposal documentation
- Able to manage multiple accounts simultaneously and perform well under pressure
- Basic leadership and people management skills with the ability to guide and motivate a junior team member
