Job Responsibilities
- Understand imported products and register NOC (Cosmetic Import License) with the relevant authorities. - After approval, handle order receiving and placement with Japan HQ and Vietnamese suppliers, and manage trading operations. - Prepare import product labels, upload label information to the system, manage label inventory, process label orders, and translate packaging and material-related documents. - Coordinate documentation with 3PL warehouses and logistics providers. - Export operations: Handle customs clearance, prepare customs documents, and coordinate with Japan side. - Order management: Process orders from retail customers, request warehouse picking, and confirm delivery completion. ＜仕事内容＞ ・輸入業務：日本から輸入する商品を理解し、NOC（化粧品輸入許可申請）を政府機関へ登録。（化粧品以外も輸入予定） ・許認可が下りてから日本本社、ベトナムの得意先との受発注業務、貿易業務を行う。 ・輸入する商品のラベル内容を作成し、ラベルシステムへの情報アップロード、並びに ・ラベルの在庫管理、発注業務。パッケージや資料の翻訳作業。３PLの倉庫や通関業者と書類のやり取り。 ・輸出業務：通関、通関書類作成、日本側と書類のやり取り。 ・受発注業務：小売業様からの受注処理、倉庫へのピッキング依頼と納品完了確認。Job Requirement
Necessary Skill / Experience
・Age: Around 25-35 years old ・Gender: Any ・Education: Bachelor's Degree ・Language: Japanese - Business Level (N2 Level or higher) ・Experience & Personality: Minimum 3 years of trading experience - Ability to proactively follow up on tasks and independently complete assigned work. - Able to handle multiple tasks; university graduate with a trade-related major. - Strong interest in Japanese cosmetics and consumer goods. ・PC Skills: Required
Preferable Skill / Experience
・English: Preferred (must be able to read and write trade-related documents) ・Experience in cosmetic import licensing is a plus. ・Experience in import/export operations (industry not limited). ・Flexible mindset, not overly rigid.
