Create, maintain and monitor the product’s information in the system (BOM&Route, Drawing, Technical document...)
Brush up the procedure and working flow for engineering, standardize for engineering job.
Manage technical document, build up and control, numbering documment system for engineering documents such as Drawing, Working instruction, Technical report...
Support engineer to issue manufacturing document follow as Engineer guide.
Organize technical meeting, preparing meeting material and meeting facilitation.
Chinese translator to support engineer for the meeting with other site in Chinese.
Translate technical document from Chinese to Vietnamse to support engineer to understand the content.

Job requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Foreign Language / Industrial / Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
Must speak and write both Chinese and English (capable of communicating fluently over phone on the technical subjects.
Experience in manufaturing company (FDI) is plus
