- Build and implement operational performance frameworks, processes, and tools to measure partner performance in the Vietnam market.
- Manage and drive the performance of ocean carriers and forwarding partners, using global metrics, dashboards, and reporting to ensure consistency and quality.
- Act as a strategic advisor and coach to external partners and internal operators, identifying gaps and driving solutions through process standardization and training.
- Design and deliver training programs to upskill partners and internal teams, focusing on operational excellence.
- Lead onboarding for new shippers, ensuring a smooth experience and setting them up for long-term success.
- Manage client communications and proactively resolve operational escalations.
- Support creation of internal enablement content so commercial and ops teams can confidently manage import/export flows.
- Define and monitor performance and product adoption metrics in alignment with key stakeholders, including Global Ocean BU and Account Management.
- Prepare analysis and presentations for monthly/quarterly business and partner reviews.
- Work on continuous process improvements

- A BA/BS degree and 2-4+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, program/project management, or consulting.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Vietnamese (native) and English (business level).
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to build trust, influence cross-functionally, and work across cultures.
- Commercial awareness and strategic thinking, with the ability to turn insights into action.
- Experience driving initiatives from idea to execution with high attention to detail.
- Comfortable working with data to diagnose problems and validate solutions.
- A bias toward action, the courage to challenge the status quo, and a mindset focused on continuous improvement.
