- Support the recruitment and management of capable and customer-obsessed colleagues across all levels in the organisation for Enterprise Technology.
- Support and conduct reviews of the Enterprise Technology resource mix and make recommendations for future roles required to meet ET’s strategic objectives.
- Provide support and ongoing maintenance of our Workforce Planning activities and provide a connection to Workforce Operations and the Offshoring team.
- Support the ET Business Management function to provide Domain-wide insights and reporting and support initiatives as required.
- Work closely with the ET Business Management function on strategic initiatives, transformation, communications and operations to simplify, automate, innovate and increase wellbeing and engagement across ET.
- Support the development, implementation and ongoing evaluation of the Domain and People Strategy.
- Act as a conduit between Enterprise Technology and Tech Workforce Productivity Teams, NAB India and NAB Vietnam Talent and People Teams, Global Workforce Teams and other teams required to deliver quality outcomes for our colleagues.
- Contribute to the resource augmentation and talent development and attraction initiatives of Enterprise Technology to meet our strategic objectives.
- Collaborate and support ET Business Management to provide Domain-wide insights, reporting and delivery of initiatives.
- Collaborate and support ET Planning and Productivity with ongoing maintenance and improvement of our workforce plans.
- Support with ongoing research, analysis and reporting tasks as required.
- Graduate or postgraduate qualification in business, finance, leadership and/or HR highly desirable
- Proven experience working within recruitment processes
- Experience managing stakeholders
- Experience working in large and complex corporate environments is desirable
- Change management experience is desirable
- Financial services/ banking industry experience is preferred
