It is how we work, consistently, be it towards the company, our colleagues or our customers.Job DescriptionJOB RESPONSIBILITIESWorkforce Planning, Budgeting & Cost ManagementManage staff budget planning and cost management activities, including workforce cost forecasting, staff cost trend analysis, and monitoring actual costs and commitments against approved budgets and forecasts.Support Strategic Workforce Planning by analyzing current and future workforce requirements in line with business strategy and the Target Operating Model (TOM).HR Data Analytics & Management Information (MI)Develop, analyze, and enhance Human Capital Management data, dashboards, and analytics to support business and HR decision-making.Analyze current and forecast workforce data against external market benchmarks and internal controls across businesses and functions.Prepare and deliver HR statistical and management reports for Country and Group management, including employee demographics, turnover, hiring status, and workforce movements.Provide HR reporting and analytics for governance forums, Risk Culture Dashboards, and Finance stakeholders.Position Management, Governance, Policy Advisory & ComplianceMaintain, promote and consult the consistent definitions of HR data elements across the HR spectrum.Provide advisory support on employee data governance, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with internal and regulatory requirements.Monitor and maintain organizational hierarchy, position structures, and staffing models in line with approved Target Operating Models.Support position management and job profile governance, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with internal guidelines and controls.Contribute to the enhancement of HR governance frameworks, processes, and policies to improve operational effectiveness and control.Support compensation data analytics, rewards operations, and other HR projects as assigned.JOB REQUIREMENTSBachelor’s degree with 5 years of experience in related Human Resources Analytics, preferably with at least 3 years in the banking or financial services industry.Strong analytical and data interpretation skills, with good time management, organizational, and project coordination skills.Good knowledge of the Vietnam Labor Code and strong business acumen.Experience with Workday system is preferred.Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across functions.Strong learning mindset, self-motivation, and adaptability.Ability to work under pressure and deliver results within deadlines.Fluent in English, both written and spoken.Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Power BI are a plus.Additional RequirementsBe a Part of the UOB FamilyUOB is an equal opportunity employer.
