Lead DFT strategy and implementation for complex SoCs. Drive architecture and methodology for scan, BIST, and boundary scan. Collaborate with design, verification, and physical implementation teams to ensure robust test coverage. Mentor and guide engineers, ensuring best practices and continuous improvement.
