Senior sales leader responsible for driving revenue, profit, and market growth. Oversees key accounts, distributors, sales forecasting, product planning, and new product launches while ensuring strong customer service and operational execution.
  • Drive revenue, profit, sell‑through, and inventory performance to meet or exceed targets.
  • Manage key accounts through business reviews, product launches, and strong day‑to‑day relationship oversight.
  • Lead market expansion with targeted strategies to grow reach and awareness.
  • Oversee forecasting, planning, and execution of sales and product needs, ensuring accuracy and operational consistency.
  • Strengthen distributor and customer partnerships while coordinating internally to maintain top‑tier service and resolve issues promptly.
Senior Sales Role Frequent travel required
  • Bachelor's degree in business/commercial fields with extensive industry experience with Leadership skills.
  • Proven ability to develop sales action plans, pursue new business opportunities, and operate effectively in undefined environments.
  • Fluent in English and Vietnamese, with solid proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
  • Willing to travel frequently.
