Join Roche, where every voice matters.The PositionWe advance science so that we all have more time with the people we love.Your OpportunityFormulate and implement strategic and tactical sales in the assigned territoryOversee all necessary commercial activities to fulfill strategic objectivesDevelop relationships with existing clients and maximize revenue potentialProvide timely and reliable sales reporting via REXIS and in company meetings/ presentations to senior managementProduct Knowledge: Ensure good understanding the product portfolio and competitive advantages of the productsDevelops and leverages relationships with the leadership of key/strategic customers to deliver value-based solutions and achieve business results.Tender Management: establishes priorities in the hospitals/groups with product listing for tender submissionApply existing marketing activities to ensure awareness of the company among all target groupsConduct presentations at small and medium customer sites and work with marketing for key account sitesBuild strong relationships with key accounts and develop a long term strategy how to grow business in key accountsIdentify and seize opportunities for new business in existing (increase Roche share) and new customersRepresent Vietnam in regional initiatives, projects and meetings as assigned by senior managementWork closely with marketing team to ensure accurate forecasting for respective customer segmentsWork closely with Service and Applications to understand potential issues at the customer and work together to ensure high customer satisfactionInform Service and Applications timely about customer needs, e.g. installations, trouble shootings…Upskill DSMs and Sales Reps in their team and ensure high performance spirit among the teamWho you areMedical Doctor, Pharmaceutical or Biotechnology University DegreeMultinational companies in a similar industry with sales management at least 5 years is preferredGood commercial understanding and understanding of Diagnostics buying cycleSales experience in related industries is required.Supervisory/Managerial experience is requiredLanguages: Conversant in both English and Vietnamese (conversational & writing)Key Account Management SkillsEffective Communication SkillGood Interpersonal SkillCreative Problem Solving and Negotiation SkillCustomer Complaint Handling SkillTime Management SkillLeadership and Coaching SkillComputer skills:
