- Manage and maintain all non-F&B social media platforms in alignment with brand standards.
- Execute monthly digital content calendars across social channels.
- Monitor engagement and coordinate with agencies to optimise content performance.
- Lead the planning and execution of photoshoots and video productions covering rooms, suites, spa, experiences, and resort lifestyle.
- Ensure visual assets reflect brand positioning and support marketing campaigns.
- Maintain the accuracy and consistency of all digital content across Brand.com, mobile app, and OTA platforms.
- Regularly review and update descriptions, imagery, and promotional content to ensure brand compliance.
- Manage and organise the hotel's digital asset library, including photography, video, and creative materials.
- Ensure assets are easily accessible and aligned with brand guidelines.
- Coordinate and manage external agencies responsible for social media advertising, reels, and digital media assets.
- Ensure agency deliverables are cost-efficient, on brand, and delivered within timelines.
- Produce monthly reports analysing digital channel performance, social engagement, and campaign effectiveness.
- Track agency performance and provide insights to optimise digital marketing investments.
- Growth in social media engagement and audience reach.
- Accuracy and consistency of Brand.com and OTA content.
- Completion and organisation of the digital asset library.
- Digital channel performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions).
- Cost efficiency and quality of agency deliverables.
- Diploma in Marketing or equivalent is preferred
- Experiences in a similar role and capacity of luxury hotels
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- Competent computing skills (e.g. Microsoft Office)
- Strong communicator with personable character
