- Develop a high quality high-wide and deep long term relationships with individual client and new prospects
- Promote a specialised product mix of CC&S products which enables us to achieve sales revenue targets
- Execute on the Sales strategy aligned with the marketing and strategic business plans of the APAC region
- Drive profitable growth and improve margins with individual customers through a specialised product mix of CC&S solutions
- Identify the right value added opportunity and focus on closing this projects with the right product offering in order to grow profitable new business
- Regular visit and follow up with customer and especially prospects with proper pre-call planning and summaries of understanding
- Over 80% of prospecting share at customer visits (new customers or existing customers but new projects)
- Identify Market Trends, competitor price strategies and new competitive product launching
- Identify new profitable business opportunities and work closely with the Sales team members and Regional Business Managers to successfully close them
- Good understanding of value selling techniques, open and customer focused mindset
- Communication excellence which involves prompt and reliable response with internal and external customers
- Prepare reports of all visits
- Implement all projects in Salesforce and work regularly on updating this projects and customers in order to drive the growth funnel
- Report back monthly highlights and other sales tools
- Maintain good relationship, build up an excellent network and be able to differential business and personal matter in order to stay solution oriented
- Objective resolve conflict or issue
- Open minded and entrepreneurial attitude
- Bachelor Degree or above (below bachelor degree, but significant experience on related industries)
- Good understanding of Flexible Film and Masterbatch/Additive Market in Vietnam.
- Location should be in Vietnam.
- Organizational skills - planning, organizing, execution able to coordinate activities and engage others to achieve results
- Ability to communicate professionally with people within all levels of the organization and external contacts
- Judgment and decision making skills, analysis of costs and benefits of changes and recommending the most appropriate action
- Conflict resolution and negotiation; the ability to handle complaints, settle disputes, and resolve conflicts
- Complex analytical skills, ability to understand business processes
- Accountable, results-oriented, and self-motivated; open-minded to challenges
- Able to manage change and to meet commitments and deadlines
