The Business Development Director is responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and securing office fit-out and workplace design projects. This role focuses on expanding the company's presence with corporate clients, developers, and multinational companies requiring office design and build solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement business development strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market share.Identify and pursue new business opportunities in office fit-out, workplace design, and commercial interior projects.Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, real estate developers, project managers, and consultants.Lead the full sales cycle from lead generation, proposal development, negotiation, to contract closing.Collaborate with design, project, and commercial teams to deliver competitive proposals and solutions.Monitor market trends, competitors, and client demands within the office design & build industry.Represent the company in networking events, industry forums, and client meetings.Manage and mentor the business development team.Key RequirementsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.Minimum 10-15 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in office design & build, workplace consultancy, interior fit-out, or commercial real estate.Strong network with corporate occupiers, developers, real estate consultants, and project management firms.Proven track record of winning large office fit-out or workplace projects.Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.Fluent in English and Vietnamese.
