- Own the product vision and roadmap, ensuring alignment with HRS's platform strategy and enterprise customer needs.
- Champion the customer, acting as their lawyer in every decision and validating problems and solutions through continuous discovery.
- Be deeply engaged in execution, collaborating daily with Engineering and Design to ensure timely, high-quality deliveries that meet large enterprise B2B go-to-market cadences.
- Continuously mitigate risks, addressing value, viability, usability, and feasibility risks in every stage of discovery and delivery.
- Manage the full product lifecycle, from early concept and market validation through to scaled production and ongoing operational ownership.
- Engage in co-creation, working with enterprise clients, co-creation boards, and Marketing to ensure relevance, adoption, and strong go-to-market alignment.
- Ensure continuous platform value-add, surfacing and leveraging data insights that strengthen HRS's Procure-to-Reclaim proposition for enterprises.
- Translate strategy into action, ensuring clear prioritization, outcome-driven backlogs, and cross-functional alignment.
- Track and steer outcomes, using adoption, retention, NPS, and operational efficiency metrics to drive continuous improvement.
- Model HRS leadership principles, showing ownership, curiosity, transparency, and resilience to inspire your team and stakeholders.
- 3+ years of product management experience in a fast-paced environment, with a track record of testing, shipping, and scaling innovative products. B2B experience, experience in travel or payments strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with AI-powered tools and the ability to leverage AI to improve product discovery, decision-making, and productivity.
- Strong execution skills: backlog ownership, discovery-to-delivery cycles, outcome-based prioritization.
- Skilled in discovery methods, customer interviews, and PRFAQ writing.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate in a Product Trio model and across cross-functional stakeholders.
- Experience in working across regions and time zones.
- Strategic agility to expand product into adjacent workflows and manage complex enterprise integrations.
- Data-driven decision-maker, with a track record of using adoption, retention, and operational KPIs to shape roadmap decisions.
- Familiarity with digital payments and compliance frameworks (VAT, tax, travel policy) is a plus.
