- Define & maintain a RASCI-V list of each role.
- Maintain and follow up on the to-do list in each product development
- Maintain and follow up on the updates of the documents developed
- Suggest allocation of effort between projects
- Tracking the effort of everyone on the development team
- Update or write down new processes that the team agreed upon in Sprint Retro
- Ensure that the team follows the process's checklist.
- Follow up with the development procedure of other Business Teams, learn about the pros and cons, and suggest applications to your own team
- Undertake other tasks assigned by Product Manager
- Act as a Servant Leader for the team.
- Ensure the timing and take note of the Sprint Events.
- Combat impediments, deficiencies in development phrase
- Push the Game Designer to update the Sprint Review & Sprint Planning page on Confluence.
- Push everyone on the team update - create Jira Tasks regularly.
- At least 1 year of work experience in a Project Management position
- Or 3 years of work experience in a Scrum Master position
- Scrum Agile Methodology
- Big Plus:
- PMP related certification
- Technical background
- Plus:
- Work experience in Game Studio.
- Work experience in Agile Development Team
- Practical thinking, and also Is tenacious and strives for efficiency
