- Analyze category performance, shopper behavior, and market trends to identify growth opportunities
- Develop and optimize product assortment by channel and customer
- Support pricing strategy and monitor price competitiveness across channels
- Plan and evaluate promotional activities to maximize ROI and category growth
- Collaborate with Marketing on category vision and innovation pipeline
- Develop tailored trade strategies for each channel (General Trade, Modern Trade, E-commerce)
- Identify channel-specific opportunities and execution priorities
- Ensure effective in-store and online visibility (planograms, displays, digital shelf)
- Monitor competitor activities and recommend actionable responses
- Lead the development of annual and quarterly trade marketing plans aligned with business objectives
- Execute go-to-market strategies for product launches and key campaigns
- Manage trade promotion budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources
- Work closely with Sales teams to ensure excellence in execution at point of sale
- Partner with Sales to develop customer-specific plans and drive sell-in/sell-out performance
- Collaborate with Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance to ensure alignment and smooth execution
- Support key account planning and business reviews with insights and recommendations
- Track and analyze sales performance, promotion effectiveness, and channel KPIs
- Generate regular reports and actionable insights for continuous improvement
- Utilize data tools (e.g., Nielsen, Kantar, internal dashboards) for decision-making
- Forecast demand and support S&OP processes
- Strong understanding of FMCG industry dynamics and retail landscape
- Solid experience in Trade Marketing, Category Management, or Channel Management
- Proficiency in data analysis, forecasting, and promotion planning
- Familiarity with retail audit data (e.g., Nielsen, Kantar) and Excel/BI/ Power query tools
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capability
- High level of ownership and accountability
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
- Leadership potential with capability to influence without authority
- 3-5 years of experience in Trade Marketing, Category, Sales, or related roles (FMCG/retail preferred)
- Fluency in English. Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
