Job Description- Onsite support all BUs for cross sell activites- Analysis customer portfolio and behavioral data to identify cross -selling opportunities- Design & implement cross-selling campaign tailored to customer segments and needs- Collaborate with Deposit team and another Dept to execute cross-selling strategies- Monitor & evaluate the effectiveness of cross-selling campaigns for improvement- Train & support BUs's staff in identifying and executing cross-sell- Provide regular performance reports and insights to management cross sell activities.- Incharge KPI & system related to CRM & Tops club segment.Job Requirement- Bachelor's degree in Banking,Finance,Marketing.- 1-2 years of experience in banking, preferaby in sales, marketing roles.- Understanding of banking products and customer segments.- Ability to analysis customer data & market trends.
