Station Controlling Manager

• To oversee station budget, forecast, actual P&L performance and process improvement to support operation efficiency and strategic decision making
• To complete the assignment as per Country Controlling manager's assignment and CFO

• Acts as business partners with Products, other departments and management
• Measures station performance/ target achievement by conducting the analysis of station actual performance vs. budget, forecast, and prior-year figures; deliver timely commentary and actionable insights to management
• Actively supports station cross functional alignments
• Facilitates implementation, follows up and monitors implementation/achievements
• Driving station planning and forecasting process
• Supports to manage Net Working Capital
• Coordinates station business case preparation

• University degree with focus on Finance, Accounting or equivalent qualification
• Min. 5 years experience in financial controlling, accounting, or managerial finance roles; and knowledge of Logistics industry is an advantage
• Very good analytical, conceptual and problem solving skills
• Sound business understanding and high proficiency in operations
• Affinity to travel
• Proactive and able to work under pressure
• Assertive, persistent and able to challenge
• Strong communication skills
• Able to influence, negotiate and resolve conflict
• Ability to take ownership and drive improvement
• Good collaboration with other departments to have the smooth process
