- Lead the CRM strategy across all lifecycle stages — onboarding, retention, cross-sell, win-back — ensuring seamless experiences across email, app, and messaging.
- Own our email marketing operations: segmentation, campaign strategy, automated flows, and A/B testing via Klaviyo (or similar).
- Develop a customer communication roadmap integrating WhatsApp, push notifications, and in-app engagement.
- Plan and execute community engagement campaigns to build long-term relationships with subscribers and app users.
- Collaborate closely with Brand, Performance, and Science teams to align messaging, creative, and educational content.
- Analyze performance data (open rates, LTV, churn, retention, engagement) to continuously improve communication effectiveness.
- Drive personalization and automation to deliver the right message to the right customer at the right time.
- Ensure compliance with GDPR and email marketing best practices.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an D2C or e-commerce focused company.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to manage complex tasks.
- High proficiency in CRM tools, especially Klaviyo or similar tools.
- Strong user of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with data analysis tools and programming languages is a plus.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to interact at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to work independently.
