- Support development and execution of annual brand plans aligned with global and regional guidelines
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and consumer insights in prestige beauty
- Track brand health metrics and identify growth opportunities
- Ensure all activities reflect premium brand positioning and sustainability ethos
- Support end-to-end execution of new product launches across retail, e-commerce, and salons
- Coordinate launch timelines, materials, forecasts, and cross-functional alignment
- Localize global toolkits for Vietnam market
- Execute 360° marketing campaigns across digital, social, PR, influencer, and retail touchpoints
- Coordinate with creative, media, PR, and digital agencies
- Support content creation aligned with brand tone and visual identity
- Ensure consistency across all consumer and professional communications
- Partner with education and sales teams to support salon activation programs
- Assist in development of salon marketing toolkits and promotional materials
- Support stylist engagement initiatives and professional events
- Help drive retail sell-out within partner salons
- Support in-store visual merchandising updates and promotional campaigns
- Collaborate with key retail partners and online platforms
- Assist in planning of seasonal campaigns, gifting programs, and exclusives
- Monitor online performance, ratings, and consumer feedback
- Track sales, market share, and campaign effectiveness
- Analyze retail, salon, and e-commerce performance data
- Prepare regular business updates and post-campaign evaluations
- Provide actionable insights to improve ROI
- Support P&L management
- Ensure timely execution of projects within approved spend
- Ensure calculated risks and focus to drive profitability.
- Coordinate internal approvals and administrative processes
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in marketing, brand management, merchandising, or retail operations (experience in beauty, or luxury retail is a strong advantage).
- Solid understanding of brand management, campaign execution, and budget tracking.
- Hands-on experience in coordinating product launches, promotions, in-store activations, and events.
- Experience in prestige beauty or professional haircare is highly preferred
- Exposure to salon or professional channels is a strong advantage.
