Check payment and update in system Make sure payment update on time for document releasing and no overdue outstanding
  • WORK RELATIONSHIP
Internal: All departments, Branches, Share Service CenterExternal: Customers, Banks
  • PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
  • Daily checking & updating HSBC Bank account statements
Download bank statementsCheck payment: Detail of Charge/ BL Number / Customer NameSending confirmation email to the department involved.Extract Report for Uploading payment to SAP * Following up and monitoring the Unapplied & Unidentified Payment listLiaise with customers for payment detail.Ensure payment applied completely & timely * Daily Communicating with Customers/ Related Departments: Phone/Email
  • Support other AR projects (Depend)
Support during New projectsAny urgent report/ request * Back-up/ support within the Team
  • JOB REQUIREMENTS
Working experience (1-2 years) in the similar position in the shipping or freight forwarder company.Bachelor's degree, major in Accounting, Finance, Foreign Trade, Export-Import ...Able to communicate with colleaguesInterpersonal skill, persuasion skill, Enthusiasm, open, dynamic, customer minded, fast learner.Good communication in English in writingGood computer skills & MS OfficeCome along on CMA CGM's adventure !
