This role reports directly to the Customer Service & Vietnam Manager and is responsible for providing administrative and clerical services for the Customer Service function.JOB RESPONSIBILITY
- Manage administrative duties - order entry, stock receipt, creating shipments, order checking, invoicing, order cross-checking.
- Help manage retail key orders: process requests, coordinate shipping, and provide updates.
- Support purchase order creation and follow up with suppliers for lead times and confirmations.
- Manage customer queries - via emails and verbally, all website enquiries.
- Deallocation of stock from projects to orders.
- Develop weekly and monthly reports for appropriate managers.
- Communicate and co-ordinate with internal departments; Liaise with warehouses and couriers to track shipments and resolve delivery issues.
- Assist in resolving returns, warranty claims, and stock discrepancies.
- Knowledge & Understanding: Demonstrated understanding of the customer service role
- 1-2 years experience in customer service role
- Skills & Competencies:
- Strong Microsoft Excel and Word
- Strong analytical, organizational, attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Excellent time management skills, including the ability to discern priorities, plan ahead and coordinate with others to complete tasks
- Good command of English (4 skills)
- Knowledge of and experience using ERP software is a plus
Working time: From Mon - Fri (7AM - 4PM)
